Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) constitute a public offer and govern the relationship between the Operator and the User of the Arcanum Service.

Operator: Kropochev Maxim Olegovich, self-employed, acting on the basis of a certificate of registration as a professional income tax payer.

By using the Service, you fully and unconditionally accept these Terms of Service.

2. Definitions

  • Service — the software application “Arcanum”, accessible through the website arcanum.guru and as a Telegram Mini App.
  • User — a legally capable individual, aged 18 or older, using the Service.
  • Subscription — a paid service providing extended access to the features of the Service.
  • Content — any materials generated by the Service, including interpretation texts, images, and calculations.

3. Subject of Agreement

The Arcanum Service provides access to tools for self-discovery and entertainment:

  • Interactive Tarot readings with AI-based interpretations
  • Astrological calculations (natal chart, transits, compatibility)
  • Numerological calculations and destiny matrix
  • Referral program with bonus points

4. Nature of Information and Age Restrictions

All information provided by the Service is for informational and entertainment purposes only and is intended for personal self-discovery and reflection.

The Service does not provide professional psychological, medical, legal, or financial advice and cannot serve as a basis for making serious life decisions.

Use of the Service is permitted for individuals aged 18 and older. By using the Service, the User confirms that they are of legal age.

5. Subscription and Payments

The Service offers the following usage options:

  • Free — 1 reading per day
  • Premium subscription — $7.90/mo (unlimited readings, master selection, priority queue)
  • Pro subscription — $14.90/mo (all Premium features + deep readings, extended astrology)

Payment and renewal: Each payment is a one-time charge. Subscriptions do not auto-renew — upon expiration of the paid period, the account reverts to the free tier. To renew, a new payment is required. Bank card data is not stored on the Service side.

Subscription cancellation: Users can cancel their subscription at any time in the Profile section. After cancellation, access to paid features is retained until the end of the paid period.

Payment is processed through a secure payment system. Refunds for unused subscription periods are not provided.

6. Referral Program

Users can invite friends via a referral link. For each referral who subscribes, a commission of 20% to 30% of the payment amount is credited.

Earned funds can be:

  • Used to pay for a subscription

The Operator reserves the right to change the terms of the referral program.

7. Intellectual Property

All Service materials, including design, texts, graphics, code, and AI-generated content, are the intellectual property of the Operator or used under lawful authorization.

Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or using Service materials for commercial purposes without the written consent of the Operator.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Operator is not responsible for decisions made by the User based on information obtained from the Service.

The User independently and fully bears responsibility for any actions taken based on information from the Service.

The Service is provided on an “as is” basis. The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Service and is not responsible for temporary unavailability or technical failures.

9. Personal Data

Processing of User personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of this Agreement.

10. Prohibited Actions

Users are prohibited from:

  • Using the Service for illegal purposes
  • Sharing account access with third parties
  • Abusing the referral program (creating fictitious accounts)
  • Attempting unauthorized access to the system
  • Using automated tools to access the Service
  • Copying or distributing Service content without permission

11. Changes to the Agreement

The Operator reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement. The new version takes effect from the moment of its publication in the Service.

In case of significant changes, Users will be notified through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new version of the Agreement.

12. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, the User may send a complaint to the Operator at the email address buh.consult.rf@gmail.com. The complaint review period is 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.

Disputes not resolved through the complaint procedure shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
